1: short focal (implies DOF)
2: glossy transparent. Ono stated its behaviour could be assimilated to a bug (too much noise if I understood correctly).
Is your bottle really glossy ? IIRC it's not (good perfume choice
) !?

I'm getting a bit bored with this project, so i will almost call this finished.. I need to get the text more sharp, and maybe lighten up the background a little.?

Yes out of focus, but I don't understand it.. I set the focus distance in blendigo to match the front of the bottle.. Will try with a higher f-stop next time...

Dunno if it will help regarding speed, but you can maybe try to put the camera further from the bottle and give it a smaller angle of vision. The "in focus" zone should then be wider depth wise if I understand correctly.
The result is very good already I think

The opposite is true, CTZn. Wider angle of view = more DoF.
