Free software to view/browse 3d files ?
Well, another question about softwares :
I'm looking for a free programm to view/browse common 3d files (3ds, obj, lwo etc).
Didn't find any good one yet.
Any idea ?

I was aware about it's "oldness", I had to get that confirmedpsor wrote:Yes, but keep in mind it's really a freakin' old file format. ;o)
Maybe the lack of (operational) converters between obj and 3ds explains the gap between 3dsMax and Maya users, not sure that I'm kidding though
Adam, I take a rest and I'll try your links, I've just spent 48h trying to feed 3ds file format with a 160K vertices mesh
