PC Version
(or below)

Have a look at my Cindigo Blog! (about cindigo, and one or two other smaller plugins, which will deinitely come, but not too soon)

The file contains PC versions for R10 and R9. (R10 users will have to rename the "cindigo1.1.5.cdl_R10" to "cindigo1.1.5.cdl")
Make sure you have the newest version of quicktime installed!

Good beginner tutorials can be found here (german and english, a bit outdated)

please tell me if you find bugs or have specific requests. i will try to fix/implement as fast as possible.

new in 1.1.5:

* i have lost overview of what i did since the last release...
* added embedded_2 support, removed obj support(it will be back in later)
* added new preview scene
* displacement(use the displacement channel of the c4d mat)
* subdivision (use the subdivision tag)

Here is the good old Bug & Request List for the current build, feel free to provideo some input guys:

Bugs

1) Cindigo Tags on Primitives like HyperNURBS" that collapse to an null_object on 2meshConvertion get ignored, here an >example file<

2) The Diffuse Transmitter material only have a Texture Exponent in Cindigo, that exports as Texture Exponent AND Gamma value. A separated Gamma setting is needed here...

3) Dermis & Epidermis are both exported having a precedence of 10, but Dermis should have a higher precedence than Epidermis or the rendered results are ultra slow and fu**ed up.
So let the user change the precedence and use a default of 11 for dermis and 10 for Epidermis.

4) For Background light Peak no values can be chosen.

5) The feature to save all Textures in a separate folder should also include the env map!

6) To start network rendering the Inputt of a IP or Hostname is needed too, so clients can connect!

7) There is still some crashing on Export going on, here the Indigoized version of the Bike from the C4D10 Benchmark.

8 ) Exported material names get every free spaces in the name replaced by a underscore line. But the mesh gets a material assigned with all the blanks in the name!

Feature Request

a) For phong materials using NK data, gamma don't get exported... Or even isn't needed/supported by Indigo.

b) Network Rendering support for Preview Szenes.

c) The Diffuse/Bump/Exponent Settings and the "Texture Exponent" should be only visible if a texture is aplied to the material.

d) Texture emitters always get exported with gamma of 2.2. Maybe they should take the gamma of the material that is used as basis. A gamma slider available in the light tag, only in such combinations, would work too...

e) Maybe the Number Clamping in the GUI can somehow be workaround?!

f) If possible, the implementation of multiple UVW Tags recognition would be nice, so different materials on a single mash can be mapped also different (very useful if you are a BodyPaint n00b like me  )

g) Exported meshe IGS could be named much better, like NUMBER_MESHNAME.IGS. This would be nice for debugging Project too, if a crash on export happens, you can see where Cindigo stopped, and maybe find a workaround!

A few things:
- preview size is 500x500 (I changed in settings, 200x200 is enough)
- preview is watermarked (changed too ;) )
- preview never stop (but this seems to be indigo_console issue (I use 1.1.5))

Thanks :D

I tried to do a displacement using this map but using sphere projection it seriously messed up where the texture was supposed to join... :(

But on the rest it worked like a charm :)
