Two Projects at once (huge renders

Post by Borgleader » Mon Jun 16, 2008 10:55 am

These are two older projects but since I just joined these forums, I figure I might get some more input on them before I move on to something new.

Say what you gotta say however mean it could be

Some rounder edges would be nice. It's very hard looking right now.. I like the second one, but again, soften the edges with a chamfer and put on some textures :)

Hey, and welcome!
Nice and clean renders you have there.
I think that the scale of the first image is a bit off. It is Ok, if it's meant to be a doll house, but I can't imagine a full grown adult sitting on that coach.

I like the second one too. Could be the flat of a James Bond villain with a bit more work.

Yeah I'll try that chamfer thing next time around :) Thanks for the comments.

@suvakas: i agree that the proportions are slightly off, and i doubt even i would be comfortable on that couch. but it was my first attempt at furniture modeling so i was actually happy it turned out the way it did. Next time ill try to be more accurate :)

Have you posted these on blenderartists? The first one looks familiar.
They look good. With more work I think the second one could be cool.

Yes I did. But I figure I may get diferent comments seeing as this comunity has in general much more knowledge of Inidigo than the one at blenderartists. So I put them up here as well.
