Well, I think textured emitters are officially broken. Can't let them to render however high the power. I'll whip out a test scene and post a bug report in the next five mins.

Actually you just have to make sure they use a correct UV set name.

They do Ono.

But the plot thickens: i've done more tests and textured emitters work fine on their own.

The problem seems to be combination with sunlight.

The same scene renders fine with sunlight and textured emitters in 1.0.9, but in 1.1.5, the textured emitters render black even with a power of 1000000/1000.

Doing more tests...

EDIT: With more render time, I can see some of them appearing faintly. It's weird, it's as if they're using different power levels in 1.0.9 and in 1.1.5

EDIT: Well, I'm afraid it's more a problem with this particular scene since a basic test scene shows 1.0.9 and 1.1.5 behaving the same with textured emitters and sun.
So it does look like Smart's latest update has fixed all problems.

See my last edit. I think the problem is with my scene. Your last update seems to have solved all the problems I had. Cheers a million!

Oh god, I think I'm going crazy.

Could someone take a look at this igs and tell me what's wrong?
Only three meshes there. None of them using textures and none of them with UV coordinates.
Still I'm getting a UV error.
I'm sure it's me but I can't get my brain around it...

Hi! I´m having smoothing errors with 1.1.5.
This is the same scene with 1.1.5 compared to blendige 1.0.9 and indigo_x64_linux_v1.0.9_2
The edge-modifier is on.

Couldn't thank you enough, SmartDen.

Some minor bug here, I think?
If I export scene while having the sun lamp selected, I'll get the following message:

<ArritbuteError: 'Blender Lamp' object has no attribute 'getUVLayerNames>

But without selecting the sun, it works.
Cheers,
