Well... I've bumped on the fresnel setup, then I did a little variations, as is, with more fresnel and without, yet all the time the cindigo 'convert materials' function gave me the same material...

Does it have any impact on Indigo side?

'convert materials' is only a little helper for converting c4d materials to indigo materials and doesnt take every value of the original c4d material in consideration.

its quick and dirty and you might have to fine tune the material tag yourself.

And the other way around... Some of the features of the Indigo material you can't adjust with Cinema materials... So therefore, use the tags, not the materials...

Azrael

I think the problem is just PR...

I've hearded about Indigo from the works of Furumaru... It took several days to find out which version of Cindigo works with cinema R10 and how get I startet the first rendering... Thatswhy I decided to make this absolut simple tutorial. I've putted to our tutorials categorie and suddenly...

a lot of people started using Indigo...and started making their own tuts...

I like to see those "chain reactions".

What about making a tutorial about using bump maps?
As everything I tried doesn't work (gerne auch auf deutsch :D)

Thanks in advance,

Hey pure Spider (grüss dich).

Yes, it is scheduled... But, as always time is a critical factor... At May I have holidays for some days and hope that I find the time doing the promissed third part...

Regards,

Chris
