milk has hundrezs if I remember correctly...
water, having barely and scattering, is at roughly 0.001 - again if I remember correctly. I'm not sure anymore...
But actually all that info can be found in the forums
There where long threats about different liquids and their scattering values. - including some red wines, which could be what you're searching for.... (at least if you didn't descide to change the liquid^^) - search for "Merlot" or such and you should find it

Seriously, the best way (for me) to find the right values for things is to just change it a bit, do a preview render, then repeat as necessary.
Watch out for scene scale though! It can mess you up if you forget about it/change it later!

From uncyclopedia.org, on "Elephant's Dream":
"The choice of the title is highly significant, because while the movie does not feature any elephants nor dreams, no one understands what happens anyway."

Here is another Image using the Studio Setup. The model wasn't done be me as usual, its from a very old renderchalange over at www.c4dboard.com.
This was the first model I get rendered using Indigo 0.5 in 2006.
I'm just waiting for the env_map "light normalization".
