Great caustics, labello :D
I'd like to see this with higher fluid res and the tabulated spectral water (against pure white caustics)

@kram: these are just some tests i dont want to waste that much render time in. but what do u mean with tabulated spectral water? u mean with that cauchy_coeff or what?

another simple test. i wandet to create a bite more motion but i think i failed -.-*

I mean the "water" material, CCJ once created... you can find it in the mat db

yes, it has something to do with the cauchy stuff... But it's even more real ;)

Sorry to say so, but I'm pretty sure, more res would add more motion to it.
(Because more res will add more tiny detail, which will look more like a fast moving liquid, rather than some strange kind of liquid jelly...)

nice tests, again :)

the two chairs are from last night. i dont get these black parts in the front of the sitting surface....

maybe its due to the lack of an environment...

in your latest render, look at the edges. you clearly can see the pixels.... It could be, that your downsizing filter was box, which is the fastest filter, but also the worst ;)
