Downloaded 9t5. Unzipped it and double clicked indigo.exe. See the picture for the result.

Previous versions required no specific installing. Does this one?
André

By the way: I have a Win XP 32 bit system running on a AMD X2 3800 dual core CPU and 2Gb memory.

Thanks Ono!

"* faster tracing through scenes with many objects "

More details on this? Was it something small you changed, or what? :)

Great ! Thanks !

Ps.
to Ono:
One minor notice I made.
I recently did a clean Win install and test4 didn't work "out of the box". It started to work after installing Violet. All the previous versions worked without the Violet. So test4 needed to have some C++ libraries or whatever files to be installed. If test5 is similar to 4, then i think it requires the same stuff.
Just thought I'll let you know.

Both versions return the same message as vulture with windows xp 64 sp1... sigh

edit: after installing sp2, the 32 bits version works fine... 64 still not

Hmm, sux that it doesn't work for some people.
Damn MS and their unhelpful error messages.
I'll have to find a virgin XP system to test on.

Maybe Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) is needed... give it a try Camox.
