Hmm... i don't understand why it don't works by you. Maybe you have forget to create Indigowrapper.conf It's actually not in the zip file of Blendigo 0.8 beta 2

I use "Blendigo v0.8t2 beta 1d" with blender 2.44 but without having installed python 2.5! I've copied the "python24.zip" from blender 2.43 to the blender 2.44 directory and renamed it to "python25.zip" 8) it's nasty but worked for me without installing the hole python

I think the blender crash could be related to the python 2.5 installation... only a assumption

why is it a problem to instal 2.5?
It's not too big.
And you don't even have to deinstall 2.4, it will just work fne, to have both installed.

you are right, there should be no problem....
... i just don't like to install stuff i don't need, or in other words, i like that the exporter script works with blender without additional installs (so i hope that future blender installation will have the "python25.zip" file in it  as it was for older versions)
