How Do You Resume Rendering From An .igi?

What's the command? I know it can be done, but I don't see it documented anywhere.

as far as I know...

indigo (name of xml file here) -r (name of igi file here)

make sure you're in the right path or you type the correct path for the necessary files.

AFAIK you can reverse the order of the two terms of the command, doesn't matter. Just a lil' tip.

yes CTZn, you're quite right. as long as the correct information comes after its corresponding switch, everything should work.

what about windows? is there a way to do it from the GUI or is that planned for the next release?

in Indigo 7 I am getting an igi file and an igs files. I'm guessing the igs file replaces the xml? Seemed to work for networking, wish I had read this post earlier, would definitely have saved me some render time. :shock:

You need to open a cmd window. Go to the start button and select Run. Enter cmd and press enter. Now you can run indigo by typing the command.

or write it to a text file and rename file type to *.bat, save and double-click.

When I write what you said in cmd, I get a fatal error saying:
