The reflections are still too strong. Looks like there are some colour reflections on the cup. But ceramics only provides mirroring of VERY bright object. I have never seen a reflection of anything in a dry cup...
You should lower the IOR. The bump looks much better now.

Why not for the wireframe view, it's always interseting
The cup scene is perfect to me, really impressive.

Having played with 07 and Bidir, I decided to re-render my artificially-lit kitchen. Definitely works much better that way, though I wasn't patient enough to let the pic clear completely. Here's a downsampled render to take some of the noise out.

Nice.
The counter looks a little artificial at the front. Especially at the bottom. Also the wood of the chairs looks too similar. (It's the same chair just copied, isn't it?)

the hanging lights look a little bit big to me like you could stand up and hit your head on it and it would take you out for the evening lol but other than that looks great
