Nice. Gotta love the wooden floor.
I would try to straighten up the vertical lines though.

Very nice, especially the second one!
I am missing the tree's shadows on the floor, though.
Cheers!

yeah, I know... due to lack of time I used a simple image as background.galinette wrote:Very nice, especially the second one!

Re: lape's works
These look great, my only comment is that the brick construction looks funky in places, it could be built like that yes, with a bit of jumping through hoops. The generally accepted way is to build a brick lintel (a detail on its own again) or make use of RC beams (or even steel beams, again another level of detail).

Re: lape's works
Thx for all comments, really appreciate it!
About the bricks:
The building will be built next year, and there are already details for the lintels. We use precast concrete segments, and these get cutted bricks that are attached to them (don’t know the english word for it). So it will look like it is rendered.

Yep, that works, however please be sure to check the specification on the adhesion thereof, else they tend to come loose and fall off within a few years.

Re: lape's works
Just saw these renders on Indigo's facebook page. Looking really nice! Gotta ask you though, the back yard shot. Are those trees and vegetation 3d scans, photos, or renders? To me it looks like a photograph where the architecture itself is added in post pro, but I gotta ask, they look really good.
Re: lape's works
Thx! Here is the original photo I took. I used SketchUp photo match to insert the rendering to the photo. But it was some try and error to get these branches to the foreground.
