A natural situation...
Re: A natural situation...
With right UVs and henyey-grrenstein phase function for the volume of gas.

Re: A natural situation...
Holy crap yonosoy, these are great compositions! Especially like the middle one with the streaks of light hitting the wall.
Re: A natural situation...
Thanks a lot Oscar.
A sketch of a scuplture I´m working on. Iron. Needs the soldering points, a sutil rust patin and a refinement in UV´s for the scratch. Don´t know if I will finished this one ... just looking for a quick aproximation.

A composition of op art for the school.
The first is with blackbody emisssion, with the second I was surprised because the mix of RGB emission gives CMY colors and with the third confused as CMY emission don´t gives more colors.
(I know that this must be a silly question and I am missing some things...). Is for colour classes .

Re: A natural situation...
I had take the weekend to do another composition for op-art.
Because of a strange behaviour when you apply a specular material to a poligon, the ribbons of light are transparent for the normal direction and black for the backside. This gives certain beauty to this images. Like anecdotic thing this compositions don´t work for v4, the ribbons are transparent). I tested this weekend too another way for an op-art composition. I can´t render it with indigo, is mantra, the inside render engine of houdini. Don´t be cruel with this little babies,

Thanks Oscar, I forgot that!
First simplistic approach to daz models. Rendered with OpenCL.
I want to try some SSS, hair and so on, with time.

Excellent experiment!
Time rendering acceptable?

Hi Contegufo, the info overlay is there, about two minutes each.
Thank you very much, but this is the very first step! I expect much more...

Re: A natural situation...
Funny, never thought that open meshes works with mediums in indigo...
Well, this is better. Blended a phong whit a fast SSS and added a skeleton whitout ears about 5 mm inner the skin.
CPU rendering (mediums are still not implemented for GPU).

A coated material with a diffuse substrate, blended with a fast SSS. Looks less plastic .
I left this to the next month (I have exams in a weeks).

Re: A natural situation...
Thank you arc en ciel! Yes he looks like Zidane a bit
I rob some time from my exams...
He needs a little bit more, new exportation (exploring the formats and the posibilities, new skeleton at 2 mm of the skin and various changes in the mediums.
There is a defect in the encounter of the maps (shoulders and throat). Becomes from the SSS component.
Will work a little more in a weeks.

The last one has an excess of SSS and looks translucent... sorry.
