I do not think that it is impossible!
Sorry, can you specify this issue?
Setting custom IORs for specular materials should be no Problem at all, if you need a list, the check these two:

A full list within Indigo would be a comfort.

Why? The NK list is amazing, you can easily import lab measured data for all kinds of different complex to render materials? I love it. And you do that just with a notepad file. Amazing. Predefined simple IOR parameters in a list is kind of useless to me, since you could just insert it yourself from a list. NK data sheet is a little bit more complicated then writing a single value, but still, a very easy and useful thing.

Something that actually could be useful (for some people) is built in measured data for gemstones I guess. But then such materials are easily downloadable from the material database.

@ thesquirell Love it too!
It's a bit easier to understand if you paid attention in chemistry class. ;)

Hey CTZn.
?..
Was just wondering if anyone found any new bugs in v4.37.
I didn't know that v4.37 was out as this was not announced in this thread; once acknowledged I'm still missing its changelog, that's all I meant sorry.

No doubts about that !

There are several features of Indigo I have no use for atm: networking, licensing, GPU... that's the way it is.

Where did you find that quote from fused ? I still can't find it... will use search, no big deal. Thx !

edit: yup found the post, I did miss it sorry !

Because since I only use a few, say ag, cr, cu, to name a few is way simpler to type it then it is to search all those on the list. I'm not against the nk themselves you see, I agree with you on the quality, I'm just talking regarding the UI usage.
