Looks a bit different from the CPU render for various reasons (unimplemented features etc..)
Still a nice image though. CPU version is here:

Thanks to tomislavn for test scene!
Wow - That's some really wicked render time for an old HD7770. Really looking forward to the final V4 preview! I bet it's gonna be amazing.
You are welcome

Most awesome...
Cool that you use your old GPU for all the testing, makes me feel a lot better about my outdated but very comparable 560Ti
Btw is MLT being supported or will it be just pure pathtracing first?

Will be just pure PT first.

Nvidia finally released some drivers with OpenCL 1.2, so my 970 is actually useful to develop on now.
Here's the iPhone scene rendered on my GTX 970.
Render time: 1 min 7 s.
Something around 16M samples/sec!

Well I'm very eager to test Indigo 4 for clouds rendering now, not to mention the subdivision improvements made.
Thing is, I'll have to drop my gtx260 I guess

Will MLT be implemented later? Because most of my Interior scenes require MLT or Bidir at least . Would be very usefull to render them on my new amd readeon R9 390 8gb. When can we expect version 4?
Happy new year to all.

From my experiences, the new OpenCL PT core renders better than the old one (even without taking the huge speedup into account). Also it handles high supersampling values very nicely.

Is the R290x the ideal card for this new mode?
Or a TitanX ?
How a bout multi GPUs? Ideally we could have our CPU exporting frames to a stack of GPUS (eg r290 nano) which are rendering a frame each. If we could export multiple scenes at once (possible from multiple instances of Sketchup/etc), then we would be talking truly epic efficiency.

^ I have tested a private beta of Indigo 4 with my Radeon HD 7970 and it is awesome. 290x should obviously be even better. According to the devs' posts here at the forums, Maxwell cards (750ti, 900 series, Titan X) are great for Indigo as well.
Indigo 4 works fine with multiple GPU's, yes.
