Yeah, this could be done by selecting among a few different clumps of grass.

How about scattering on subdived & displaced meshes, does this work too?

How about some GUI control of the scatter object (or whatever it is), is there anything planned?
Maybe by using the ISL editor!
Or is the Scatter maybe a kind of material?

We already have some GUI controls for it, build coming soon :)

I'm making some weeds today...any requests?

crabgrass
dock
prickly lettuce
and if i have time:
butter cup
white daisy
basic 'grass clippings/ lawn debri'
Skindigo on 1x 6950x, 1x3970x, 6x3930k, 2x4930k, 3x5930k

Mulch? Used a lot here for landscaping.
