Looks like a shift lens, Indigo has that.

Re: [REQ] Archi cam
It does? How do I activate that?
Re: [REQ] Archi cam
its a camera feature that needs exporter support. IN C4D its called "Film Offset" for example.
Anyway, I think the Camera here is different from the shift lense Ono. its like a orthocam mixed with regular. problem about that is maybe the missing Viewport Preview in the 3D apps...

No, I think it's just shift lens with the camera oriented horizontally.Zom-B wrote:its a camera feature that needs exporter support. IN C4D its called "Film Offset" for example.

Re: [REQ] Archi cam
I've tried the shift lens feature in SKIndigo but couldn't get it to work properly. It just shifted the entire view up as oppose to straightening the perspective. Not entirely sure what I did wrong. Is there a tutorial anywhere?
Re: [REQ] Archi cam
The idea is to get a straight view with the camera first, and the shifting to a direction you want the camera to move

+1 for Angular Perspective, though!
Re: [REQ] Archi cam
Ono is right, it's just a special lens shift setting. Indigo lens shift camera is more complicated but also more flexible, as you can achieve the same exact effect, and other ones.OnoSendai wrote:No, I think it's just shift lens with the camera oriented horizontally.
For information, this exists in the real world:

I'd like one of these for christmas.

Is it possible to do proper lens tilt as well? That would be awesome, haven't seen this supported anywhere!galinette wrote:Ono is right, it's just a special lens shift setting. Also, is there any precedent for making 'custom' lenses? I.e. defining projection types in an xml file or something, or scripting your own lenses, perhaps in order to get specific aspherical lenses, etc.
