Hello,
I wanna be able to do this: http://smcars.net/attachments/f430_novi ... pg.135711/
He rendered one pass with the car floating, one shadow pass, and one reflection pass. He then put all that onto a perfectly white background, achieving this kinda seamless, blown out feeling. Would it be possible to integrate a reflection pass feature usable on simple planes, just like you integrated the shadow pass feature? Could be useful for windows too, and probably other stuff that are beyond my imagination.
Thanks!

Seems useful so +1 from me. Your link only works for registered accounts on smcars.net BTW.Oscar J wrote:Hello,

http://humcaff.org/contemporary-volkswa ... dio-white/ Here's another example.
Any feedback on this? Would it be possible?

Re: [REQ] Reflection pass
Can't you just render a car against a white background on a white phong?

Re: [REQ] Reflection pass
That'd take much longer. It could also be useful for exterior renderings with for example some wet asphalt.
