No?
Here's another render, of another car. This Enzo is rather lowpoly, since it was developed to be a part of a game. However I couldn't resist rendering it. Tell me what you think!

Re: Oscar's rendering thread
the forebody is coming out a bit flat, the model is nice (admit you ripped it off a game ).

Nice composition of car and typo!
How about some SubDiv on the car body, maybe some edgloops are needed, but you could shape it by that quick quick and easy

Re: Oscar's rendering thread
It's all modelled by me, I promise!
Please, I'm very open to suggestions here: what do you think should be done about the flatness - does it need more reflections? Do I need a better carpaint?
Thanks for commenting and helping!

Thanks a lot Zom-B, very encouraging. I'll see what I can do about the geometry.

I believe you did that of courseOscar J wrote:It's all modelled by me, I promise!

Nothing about the shader, more of a personal remark on lighting; the edge of the hood is underlined but it does not tell much about the shape of the whole piece. In these circumstances my imagination has to take on and it's telling me that the hood could be rather flat indeed, without knowing.
That's what bothered me. There's no highlight on the hood to tell me its shape.
Ok there's one faint highlight I must be making this up

Re: Oscar's rendering thread
Seems I missed the pic of the whole Koenigsegg! It looks like it's gonna jump to the camera... nice!
The balanced version is much more stylo than the raw output.
Cool wallpaper with a little more cooking
The composition of the Enzo is really good, too... but to me there is something not quite right with the painting. It looks somehow like an airbrushed picture. I think due to the curved surface of the front of the car, the material looks almost diffuse there in this light setup.
Nice way to present a game model!

I like it - but the driver looks like a Mii
speeeeed!!
Could be a Mercedes Benz commercial concerning the coloring. With a different car. I love the contrast between the enzo and the background.

Re: Oscar's rendering thread
the picture lacks two small flowers behind the shadow of a random tree.
I'm kidding
eeeh, say, post-process diffraction gets no blur. Question mark.

No crits!
Awesome shot! and as polinalkrimizei pointed out it conveys speed very well.

Thanks guys, glad you liked it!
Some minor changes (e.g. beefed up the guy a bit) + higher resolution render. Thanks for watching.
