Nice.

Off topic question. Why sketchup 7 and not 8?

Very nice oO Looks ultra realistic.

Really just a nitpick to the post work. The chroma ab is just a tiny bit too much for my taste.
Had to match the aberration of some old Olympus cam with the cheapest lens one could possibly imagine some days ago, that's why it probably came to my attention.

Attached a cropped out part from a random 10MP shot. The upper right is the very corner of the shot while the crane is pretty much in the centre of the original shot introducing close to 0 aberration while there is 4px pink shift close to the boarders.

@ ritter
Thanks man!

@polinalkrimizei
That kind of effect was one f the aims indeed! Glad it works! I noticed that very narrow DOF actually pushes the photorealism towards the painting, and I really like it!

@zeitmeister
Thank you mate for the kind words: nobody's ever done learning..

@kklors
Hi mate! I'm glad you commented too, because I'm a big fan of yours since the very early posts you uploaded! I agree with you about the excessive amount of..everything! actually is kind of a study I'm doing on my own: trying to get the effect of not-at-all-perfect images, hypothetically drawn by non-pro people with non-pro equipment. So, everything in the image is non-pro oriented, even the POV which may be a little poor (anything is really in focus, in the image: there is no real subject, just like a noob photo). There's some philosophy behind! :lol:

Guys I must go now! I'll reply to all ASAP! See you later!
