Only your wood texture on the wall behind the bed seems to be out of scale.

I'd disagree with the others on the blanket. The render is pretty much perfect the way it is by now, wow. But the blanket texture looks like an up close macro shot with each black point being one single rope seam.
Could you multiply the tile by like 20? I'm sure the whole image would look ultra natural then : )

awesome renders!! i agree the scale on the patchwork seems a bit strange, but it could have been made at that scale i guess
