Hi OnoSendai - The Blendigo exporter or Indigo itself seems to mix up the materials, so that a phong material in the Blendigo GUI changes to a diffuse emmiting material, for example. It seems to change to other materials that are also in the scene.

When I'm adding a dummy diffuse to set a blackbody spectrum as sum background it comes out as a tabulated spectrum in the editor. Indigo will crash if I then click the blackbody tab.

Big Bug here!!!
UV-layouts are being rotated by 180° and then mirrored horizontally!!!
Please quickly fix that!

Please keep at least the Indigo version up to date in the changelog text file, MtI can not discriminate between 3.6.4 and 3.6.5 while it requires the later currently.

That's noobish but MtI is stripping the first line of the changelog to acquire the Indigo version.

Hi Pibuz,
As far as I know, this problem is due to SketchUp saving invalid PNG files. So it's hard/impossible for us to fix.

Example scene is confidential...
but I got it. It put all elements in a new scene, successively, and now it works fine like it should.
Very strange.

Noticed that in some cases, subdivision with displacement uses more memory in 3.6.5 than 3.6.2 -- not sure it is in all cases, but a displacement heavy scene which runs with 3.2 GB in 3.6.2 uses over 7 GB in 3.6.5.

Seen this? http://cg.ibds.kit.edu/PSR.php

Anything of use? The sample pics look pretty neat, but then again they always do!

Finally the guys at the KIT produced something of use :D
(I am studying at the "Hochschule Karlsruhe", those two universities are more or less rivals)

The naive way I see it is: it's a cherry on the pie, a plastic cherry. However it fits there.

On a different note it's interesting how an actual technology (LEDs) can relegitimate point sources.

Found that same paper yesterday too ^^

Problem here is that this method seems to introduce bias:
"[...] It builds on top of existing unbiased methods and resorts to a consistent estimation using regularization only for paths which cannot be sampled in an unbiased way. To introduce as little bias as possible, we selectively regularize individual interactions along paths, and also derive the regularization consistency conditions. [...]"
But it seems to be very easy to integrate and maybe there is some mumbo-jumbo that can be used anyway :)
