I like the last one best. Looks the most real, though it could use a bit of decoration (leaves, signs, etc)
The second one has a great sky. I think the first one could use some shadow for depths, especially with the flowers.
Though I still think it's very nice, overall.

Looks great. Maybe less gloss on the pavers would be more realistic.

Hi whaat, the ground material seems inadequate to me, it caught my eye first. Pretty much any type of noisy exponent map would add, but also the bump map itself to start with.

Also using a CRT I'm not sure if I am actually seeing what I should...
