Indigo Renderer 3 and Linux 32 bit

Post by olafmar » Wed Jan 04, 2012 6:34 am

Hello,
I noticed the latest version is not available for linux 32 bit. Is there a special reason? if it runs on Mac and Win 32bit, why not linux?

The Mac builds are released with the testversions regularly not long ago,
there was a quite some work needed to get GPU rendering right on Macs...

I would simply suggest that getting GPU support on Linux is also not such a quick task.

But I bet the next stable version will be out for Linux too :)

+1, we have a nice linux cluster at work that we could use for network rendering, but we cannot anymore with Indigo 3.x
