Project Description: This is an "In Fill" mixed use project for a vacant lot. The uses include 2 story restaurant/club with outdoor dining/event space & 3 roof top lofts w/decks
Renderings: Model built in Sketchup w/ 2D landscape, combination of photos of existing building & modeled facades, Sorry for the "reptile skin" textures on the sidewalks & roads.
Post Processing: Saved at least 5 different EV's then processed as HDRI in Photomatix Pro & then again in Photoshop.

Interesting to see how materials and pieces of furniture change the mood and colour of the same space! Good ones!

Thanks for the comments.
This project has been fun to design & render...(but not to model!)
Although the exterior views have more of an architectural model effect .
Like our other projects it would be good to use better vegetation, textures, furniture components......
and learn how to render with more "atmosphere"
Indigo has been very helpful to sell clients, etc....as long as we meet the deadlines!
That said our work should have been put in the "Works in Progress" I guess!!!!
Thank you
