Increase Dof
Increase Dof
This image is an F-Stop: 0.5 (blendigo)
Film ISO: 100
Exposure: 125
Focus distance: small ball (13.5)
Is there any way to further increase the DOF?
Greetings

Re: Increase Dof
Hi,
check your Camera settings in Blendigo and turn off Autofocus if it's turned on. Then select the object you would like to have in focus on and click Selected to get the distance from the object you've selected.

Hi space, size does matter in this case, you might need to scale down your scene. In general: smaller scene = increased DoF. With default settings 13.5 blender units are 13.5 m in indigo.
Play with the "world scale"-settings in blendigo, that's the fastest way!
Then just follow dakiru's instructions.

Thank you all.
Indeed, Polinalkrimizei:
The size, in this case it is absolutely crucial. In this test I have WorlScale: 1 x 10 ^ -1, keeping the other values. DOF has increased considerably. Now I understand more.

Re: Increase Dof
Well, if you wanted DOF on a 13 meter scene, you need to move the camera closer to the first sphere (a few meters away), as I bet the camera is pretty far away from both. The worldscale isn't there as a "DOF-fix".
Re: Increase Dof
Of course, Dag:
I think understand the mecanism: scene size/distance camera to objects.
Thanks

Re: Increase Dof
I think you meant "Decrease the DOF" and not "Increase"
High depth of field = high depth range where objects are sharp
