Your renders should be illegal, my jaw hurts every single damn time!

No but seriously, really really nice I have a few small comments however:
- Character is a little bit too centered (rule of thirds?)
- Orange post-glow/color correction is a bit too harsh imho.
- This is probably something you had no control over but, I personnaly would've expected the ship in the background to be less out of focus than the rest of it (city?).
- Is it the angle or is he missing his gun/rocket pack attached to his back?

Now I know the amount of criticism far exceeds the amount of "zOMG this is epic", dont get me wrong this is a truly marvelous piece. I just find it un-productive to limit my comments to the "oh my gosh this is awsum" part of things.

Best of indigo anyone? :)

P.S: I used my gmail account to login to Flickr, and it seems i dont have the right to view the other renders?

Fixed the links, sorry about that.

Thanks for the comments guys.

@Borg

He's actually covering up a huge seam in the back plate where I removed a character from the original image.. I could have moved him perhaps a tad farther to the left, I suppose. There's no glow added in post, but I can see where you're coming from (This particular back plate was from a scene with tons of lava and strong orange/red tones, so I tried to match it as best I could). I ended up not modeling the rocket pack because I couldn't find any good references and I was feeling lazy... :?

It's vastly an honorable work, Godzilla ! If you are going to change for that 2/3 thing, just give some yaw to the head in my name ;)

That will second the added dynamic by giving an intention to the character I believe.

Thanks for the comments guys! V2 added!

@ hcpiter

I would upload them to the database but I don't think they're not going to be particularly useful to anyone with the maps that I'm using-

You just surpassed yourself...AGAIN!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
(insert gazillion expressions of joy here)

I really like the dynamic of the second image (the angle of the image, the subject isn't centered, ...). The colors are really good this time around, I like the contrast in the image and the depth the hallway gives.

The only tiny minuscule detail that bothers me (and it's probably something no one else will be bothered by) is the right sleeve (his right sleeve, our left side of the image). I feel like it should be going downwards more, but really that's the only thing.

Great great image :) May I resize the 3000x1800 image to 1280x800 for wallpaper usage? :)

The second version is brilliant ! well done
Just a lil thing if I may, about the background placement/point of view :
What is he doing on his knees in the middle of a corridor  ?

He lost his contact lens. :)

Really though, those black square things on the right were just about at head level in the original frame

Just about at head level indeed
Image

But I still think that your Jango is at the level of the black square one or two meters behind him,
which can make a big difference with that perspective
Sorry for the crappy lines on your render btw

The 2nd image is just perfect. Very "film like" look.
