It has to do with the tools being used, I've got this amazing plugin that scatter the vegetation just they way I want it to, it's pretty amazing. Yes, a awesome PlugIn, thought about purchasing it too.
Such functionality is actually a must have for a 3D Tool like C4D, I missed it in the lousy R12
