Glass problem

I do a litle test, but I have a big problem whit the glass material...
what is the problem?

It's black, probably the normals are pointing inside (?).
Check them.

It also may be a scaling issue. If fliping normals doesn't work, then try resetXform on that clock.

the normal it's ok...and the scale it's ok....but the the problem begins when I do a cylinder in front of the clock to do the clock's glass.
the cylinder has a radius as a radius of clock, and the height of 0,2 cm....and all became black...if I delete it ...the image it's good......
why?
