UV Mapping Getting Stretched

I have a multi-sub-object material for a vehicle. (If Multisibs work with Indigo). I have multiple decals mapped onto the car with respective Material ID's and UV coordinates already setup. (The mapping is perfect in another engine). Im wondering why all my maps are skewed in Indigo? Yes, have to work on the reflection still.

It looks like Indigo is NOT compatible with multiple UV Maps even though its stated in the manual. I detached the hood and mapped it with UV Map ID 1 and its fine. Previous image was ID 4. Also now when I try to create a Multi-subobject material in the Slate Editor, Max will crash. Not getting good vibes from this engine.

Hi Dustin,

first of all, thank you for the feedback.

This is a known issue. 3dsmax is certainly our week spot. My plan for Indigo 4.4 is to iron out a lot of the issues with 3dsmax, like this one, and also to improve the active shade. Expect some beta releases soon!

Best,
Yves

Hi Dustin!

Indigo bitmap does not support id channels (it exists but does not work), but it supports scale, offset and rotation.
But standart bitmap supports id channels but does not support scale, offset and rotation!

And by the way, I did not find how to disable texture tiling :)

Hope this helps a bit until the developers release a new version!

+++ I agree with the message above, a very necessary function when working with textures, especially if you need to apply the extrusion of the logo / sticker on a huge surface.
