How to set opacity map for rendering plant in the right way

with Indigo.

In the material editor the sample show me the trasparency

when I set the alpha map, but not when rendering in Indigo frame

windows .

What did I set wrong?

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but as far as I know, then Indigo 06 doesn't support alpha maps.
You can do it in latest Indigo 07 using blend material and null material.
