Why it's always rendering one layer

Post by ozzie » Sun Feb 01, 2009 12:03 am

Why it's always rendering one layer, I don't know what I'm done but I've got about 10 models on 10 layers (from 1 to 10) and it's rendering only what's on layer 2, any ideas?

hmmm well indigo caters for 8 layers numbered 0-7

layer 0 is the default and also for the sun and older material format (prior to emissive materials) so you might try remedying that first - possibly its just indigo interpreting your xml strangely ;) - you do have the layers enabled in the indigo UI?
possibly an exporter issue too...

why only layer 2?
possibly its the only layer without a problem in the xml :(
indigo may not notify you of all problems but just not work...

another reason - perhaps the emitters are set too weak/dull to show up or relative to layer 2 - using Reinhard?

I found solution!

I've got second window with 3D view for layer 2 :) (changed on uv window later), I just needed to change there layer and now everything is ok :], strange but blendigo was still taking settings from that (un-existed) window :D

Can I have Nobel Prize :) ?

Thx
