Help with glass model please

Hi All. I am making lightbulb model and it almost complete. But i have weird artifacts and i don't know how to fix them - black ring, see render. Normals looks good.

Could you please help me if possible, explain how to fix this problem?

I dont know if is possible error try to remove double vertex...

I deleted duplicated verts, but another artifacts appeared - subsurf deformated cylinder to somthing weird. I extruded top faces a bit, to fix subsurf deformation, and the first artifact appeared again.

Maybe you need to add an edgesplit modifier.
