Blendigo Error

Post by Benjulious » Tue Jul 15, 2008 7:04 am

I downloaded Indigo v1.0.9, extracted it, and put it in "Program Files". Then I downloaded and installed Blendigo. Now I try to get into Blender and use it in the scripts window, but it gives me this error in the Blender console right after I click Scripts>Export>Blendigo:
Windows-platform: win32 os.sep: \
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 2378, in <module>
File "C:\Python25\Lib\ntpath.py, line 90, in join
assert len(path) > 0
TypeError: object of type "NoneType" has no len<>"
Can anyone help?

Do you have a latest version of python installed? Maybe the python installation is corrupted.

Not the latest, please.
That would be 2.6b or even 3b!
if, then http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.5.2/

Thanks for trying to help guys, but I just re-installed Blender and did the manual install of Indigo and Blendigo, and it works!.

Now I can export scenes in Blendigo but it wont let me use the preview button. It says something about being unable to load "previews\textures\preview_logo.jpg"

I looked at it since I haven't used the preview for a long time. Seems like it has something to do with albedo paths in .igs( in "previews" folder)

So I changed all the albedo paths that start with <..\textures>, ie

Code: Select all

<albedo_texture>
				<path>..\textures\preview_logo.jpg</path>
into

Code: Select all

<albedo_texture>
				<path>c:\indigo\previews\textures\preview_logo.jpg</path>
then I stumped to following error message about UV which I don't know how to deal with.

Maybe someone else with coding experience can help?
Cheers,
