To repeat a texture in blender, with non uvmapped texture, you have to set the size of the texture in the material panels, map input tab !

But for indigo you'll need uvmapped textures.

You can repaet a texture via uvmapping easily using the cube projection mode.

Edit the object(tab), select all the faces(a), u key, and select the cube projection mode.

switch to image editor, choose an image to map, and then resize the vertices to repeat them.

Also, a little tip to quick unwrap some models is to choose the " follow active" option !

It works only fine with clean quads models. I mean objetcs with no triangles that have proper loops and no inside edges or faces.

There is a tool to remove tris in edit tabs.

Very handy for architectural models, streets, sidewalks and anything you dont have the time to unwrap as it should be with seams.
