For some useful information about using Indigo with Blendigo (The official Blender exporter for Indigo), have a look at this page in the documentation wiki:
'Blender 2.45 to Indigo 1.0.7 using Blendigo 1.0.7':

yes they are..and things are coming along...about 2/3 done I guess :D
I/we still have to put some how-to info in and some screenies of Blendigo in action etc. etc. (believe it or not the wiki doc is ahead of the Blendigo release ATM)
If you have anything you want done better either post a comment about it here or better yet DIY

I really hope this site is regularly backed up cos theres many hours work in there Id hate to lose

Does Blendigo 1.0.7 itself exist yet?

Wow, very comprehensive documentation! I can't wait to see some tips on creating smoke and flames, as well as more information on SSS. This guide has really shed some light on a lot of issues I've had with Blendigo.

I was wondering the same.

Also, in Blendigo, I've had some problems with losing some materials. I'll post more about this difficulty in the Blendigo 1.05 thread.

  ah no it doesnt - I was keeping right up with new indigo features (very unusual for indigo docs)

I was thinking Blendigo 1.0.7 will be out fairly soon so I have that already mentioned.
You can read about it and be prepared even if you cant do it yet
I really want to make sure all the info is in there ready for 1.0 stable which cant be far away - there is still a bit of work to do.

Blendigo updates are a little behind ATM - Blendigo 1.0.5 beta is the latest.
when 1.0.7 arrives is up to smartden 8) but should be soon.

I am pleased people are beginning to get use from the wiki
In the past the docs have been not so useful - in fact partial only for indigo 0.5 and 0.7 so its well over due for an update with the full account :)

I, for one needed this wiki update for so long now.
DOF was giving me problems just couldn't get it to work,or so it seemed.
This wiki sheds light on blendigo for me.
Thanks. :D

it is sad to ask but honestly I still dont know when to use which way.

When to use MTL or BiDi or Hybrid is mh like magic to me.

Maybe explaining it with some sample scenes would be good.

I have added a new page to the wiki tutorials for the coming Indigo 1.1.9(stable) < I presume...>

Please consider contributing to the wiki or making other tuts for the benefit of other Blenderheads, who like you once were, are beginners with Indigo.
