Okay that works, but still a long time to wait, I think blendigo exports every frame? Can I save as avi?

You should also enable "skip writing existing meshes" if you have static objects. That will make it a lot faster to export. :)

"skip writing existing meshes" has bug when object shading is set to flat globally. After re-rexport indigo always mark object as smooth.

No problem, forgot to report this earlier, sorry.
Also auto-smooth doesn't seem to work, you always need to use edge split or split edges manually.
