Splendid work on Blendigo. This script is very usefull. But, could you push the IOR max to 100 000 instead of 100 plz ? I can't make a perfect mirror with Blendigo.

You must increase the exponent value to get a perfect mirror. Well...100 IOR maybe in'tt enough for an absolut full reflectiv surface...but 100000 would be an overkill. I think 100 ist enough.

Code: Select all
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'face' referenced before assingnment
I checked the possibilities for this error, and found that you must have an object in your scene that references a empty mesh (a mesh without faces).
So check in the console, just before error message, the last
line where you find the name "xxxx" of your empty mesh.
Hope this helps, zuegs

hi sebastian,
It's in already... you can choose "null" material directly from "Blend" materials or you can create a blender-material with name "null" and it will export as null-material independent what you set as material-type.

@Sebastian:
thanks for post.
This bug is due to an non-uniform scaling of the child object (cross-planes). To work around this just select the cross-planes and apply the object-transformation to the mesh by pressing Ctrl-A.
I will look if i can modifiy the exporter to properly support non-uniform-scaled objects for dupli-verts.

Hey Zuegs - I'm trying to export some frames as an animation but Blendigo keeps separating the meshes into one separate file, and then overwrites it with each frame exported.
Basically turning off the 'Sep Materials' option doesn't seem to make a difference when clicking 'ExportAnim'.
