CTZn: initialization takes roughly 10.3 seconds on windows, and 5.8 seconds on linux. Do you mean that by building time? Why linux is so much faster here?

Yes, I was refering to initialisation time.

Caching meshes can take a bit of time, I don't know what is causing that precise difference between the two OSes.
