Okay I did my version of the cornell box, showing some of Indigos strengths:
  • Two lights (red and green) behind a diffuse transmitter ceiling
  • Checker texture on the floor is an Indigo Shader (by fused)
  • Nice glass rendering
  • Glossy reflections
  • Fast render speed - 7500spp in 3h 50min (at Arne's Q6600; thank you!)
  • NK data used at the Alu sphere
  • Camera tonemapping with Advantix 200CD response function (adds heaps of a photorealistic look imo)
And now, judge for yourself:

Just to get things right all the way...
The palettes are made by Arne and kindly shared with me by him :)
And for all of u guys wanting the teapot... it's a remake of the utah teapot by Arne and me and can be downloaded at http://phaxwave.com/

I'd love to but I'm afraid I can't as the Palette model is not for sharing...
Ask Arne if you may have the scene file or not, not my decision.

oh, it's packed indigo scene format :S i was hoping for eg. obj file, would that be possible? thanks / sorry for pestering ;)
