Changing Indigos render network port

Post by wakyak » Thu May 21, 2009 1:03 am

Hi!

I'm having problems here at school getting our computers communicating with each other on port 7777. And as it would be a shame to waste all this potential rendering power I'm wondering whether it's possible to change Indigos default port?

Taken from the manual:

Code: Select all

-h hostname:port
Sets the hostname and port that a network slave indigo process will try and connect to, e.g.
indigo -n s -h masterhostname:7777
Can't test at the moment, if it works for latest versions.
