LCD panel

How can I realize a LCD panel like LCD TV?
I tried with two planes: the plan on top poisition with an abstract texture, specular and 50% opacity; the panel on bottom with blackbody light.
The result it's not right.
Suggestions?

Just make it an emitting material with the image as a texture

blackbody light material it's ok ?

Ehm... no not blackbody, use a texture for the color

Hi arcano. Can you please tell us what 3d application / exporter / Indigo you use (names and versions) ?
If the exporter supports emissive materials (not meshlights) you should be able to do what they say.
