Relatively low-exponent phong, using Al.nk (might be too "grey", experiment), with a brush map in the bump channel.

TBH I am not sure if its a photo or a render which is always a good indication

Hi,
Stainless steel is not available in any nk data provided, and I did not find any to replace it (they all are for electronic application only
). True stainless steel has a very light pink/orange tint and IOR properties varies depending on the metal alloy (some s.steel made objects can be made of nickel alloy without any steel compound in it).
So what I suggest is to make a common phong material and compare the renders with your picture.
