I've found that both 1.1.6 and 1.1.7 cant act as network masters.
Regardless of the scene they complain that no emitters can be found.
I presume this is because for some reason either
1) indigo.exe is failing to load the scene xml, and the first error that it throws is lack of lights
2) the error checking has a bug in it.
My current work around is to:
1) Setup 1.1.5 as the network master
2) Setup 1.1.6 as the network clients
This seems to work ok and supports things like emitters blended with null materials (which is the computationally intensive task i'm after, esp when you have 80 instances of these meshes).
Anybody else experiencing problems network rendering on 1.1.6,7?
If so give the 1.1.5m/1.1.6s trial a go, but dont set 1.1.5 as a working master as then you'll be limiting what rendering routines you can perform.
