Is the dex used in zoot theater the same than bulbapedia ? For instance #012 from bulbapedia is not on zoot (the number), does that mean it is not done ? I'm not fancy registering, would like support here :)

yes that means its not done but I think that you dont really have to support the other one its just that thats a way to submit your work without having to have a third party intervene. Like passing notes back and forth The sign up is so easy you dont even have to confirm it one your email. If you havent please read the updates i made to the post. Dont forget to look up the poke pictures and dont worry about submitting previous work. Just showing the progress of your project on here will work.

Started one already, stopped in the middle. Modeling can be fun, but gathering all informations to be productive and usefull to your project is too demanding of an involvement, sorry.

You'd better submit one or three pokees that have chances to be involved in a defined project, then challenge ppl on these few imho.

What will be the license of your project ? Public domain, free, commercial ? Can I post the file in the forum ?

I'm glad it can stay in the public domain, as much as it's allowed to be...

CTZn_remoraid.zip

The zip file includes the psd file with paths used for creation, and 2 textures directly issued. And the obj file !

I added extra polys for the fins, you will certainly want to merge some details together. I think polycount can easily be reduced also by painting these details into the bump texture.

hardware render

The pupill can be animated by moving the eye's UVs.

edit: I tweaked vertices around the body's central line at the last moment, UVs sould be projected again (planar projection).

Obj files are not dx files, but they do have a material definition file wich I deleted because it's of no use for me. Following is the content of the mtl file that should be attached with remoraid:
