Programming help!

Ok I know that there are very few if any one with extra time. However I will ask anyway.
I am looking for someone to help me write a program. The plan is to release it much like indigo or gelato. Free for individual use.
I do program but I am more into art than programming. I also do not have the training in programming to complete my project.
I will expect a non discloser agreement to be signed before any in-depth discussion. I believe I have a great idea that will help a lot of people and I would not want to lose control of it.
As a hint this program will bridge the gap between plug-in exporters and rendering engines line Indigo. It could even remove the plug-ins all together but that is to be seen.
So if you have some extra time and you are a programmer and the idea of being apart of a new tool then leave me a note here. Other wise just leave a note about how little time you have for any extra activities like this.
