Porblem with forum - just me?

Post by Doug Armand » Wed Jul 09, 2008 5:45 pm

Often when I click on a mesage link on the home page I get taken to the forum index and not the message thread. Seems to happen whether I'm logged in or not - anyone else? It's slowly driving me nuts :?

I did search for this but came up empty

Yes, this happens for me too when I'm not logged in. It has never worked. It works when you go back and click the link again

Same for me . . . but only when I AM logged in. It's like being treated worse than a stranger, by a friend!

Anyway, just hit the back and forward buttons, and indigorender.com will love you again.

Yes for me this happens too, but mostly if I lost signal and then reconnected to the internet. After this happens also all unreaded threads get marked as read, so I miss new stuff... this suxx hard

Sometimes I'll read a thread and it'll stay marked as un-read, but that's not really a problem. Also sometimes I try to load any page of the forum and it loads blank. Like it says "Done" at the bottom of the Firefox window but the page is blank, and it takes maybe a minute of pressing Refresh before it comes back to normal.

That's the part which annoys me most about it...

As we're @ forum bugs:
Changing the password also doesn't work.
If you forget your password, you immediately get a mail, without problems ('till now)
But as it's a pretty ran(d'oh)m password, impossible to remember if you don't try hard enough, you usually'll want to immediately change it. But the new password never gets saved...

Yes, same here - but only when I use Internet Explorer. I've found it works fine with Firefox
