Well, everything is in the title.
I edit indigo's xml files with "notepad2" (a very powerfull freeware that replace windows's default notepad http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html), but when I open files bigger than, let's say 50 mo, it takes forever to make a single modification.
So, do you know any software wich can handle BIG xml files (>50 mo) ?

Crimson Editor 3.70 Release (Freeware). That is my favorite prog. Runs very solidly and is relatively clear. Also functions well with edit bigger xml files.

Apple's default editor, TextEdit, works fine for me. I can read all of those AOL search data things with ease.

Of course, it also depends on your RAM.

Mye Scite? I think it's one of the best txt editors for win/linux/idontknowwhatelse and it's for free too. I have to try it, cause right now i was trying Notepad+ and that's not an option here...

Emacs. Best OS out there, just waiting for it to get a better text editor. For small files I use kwrite.

I´ve been using UltraEdit (syntax highlighting, good search & replace, macros, and a gazillion other functions) for many years now. Saves a 100 MB XML in about 1-2 secs, editing is real time.

Notepad++ can collapse and expand XML tag trees. Handy.
