indigo slave windows startup profile

hey
i was wondering if it is possible to setup windows xp .ini file to startup os without any unnecessary stuff (iexplorer, graphic etc...) just network driver and indigo cmd script so machine would work solely as a render slave and such a choice could have been performed at boot time...
anybody knows if this is possible???
